Bargello Furniture

This wooden furniture collection consists of a zig-zag pattern is known as Bargello or 'flame stitch'.  Here  wood pieces from shipping pallates were used to make 

marquetry, which is the art and craft of applying pieces of veneer to a structure to form decorative patterns, designs.

 

The collection consists of a dining table, chairs and a 

convex mirror that is inspired by the nautical mirror in Flemish artists Jan Van Eyck's The Arnolfini wedding (1434)
